Enter username and password to access your account.

Process Flow

The dictator dictates and the system uploads the file to the platform

The file is automatically routed to available transcriptionist

Auto email notification to the Transcriptionisit about the new work assignment

Transcriptionisit downloads the audio file along with the template on his/her PC

Transcribes the file in an offline mode using his/her own audio player, word processor and foot-pedals

Connects to the platform and uploads the transcribed document

Flags the document for comments of the supervisor, if any

Transcribed file reaches the Dictator

Security

Activity Log: The platform generates activity Log of all the activities on all accounts with date and time covering: 1. Login and logout information with IP address, 2. Audio file upload, 3. Document file upload, and 4. File deletion

This audit log is designed as per HIPAA requirements to track all activities for security.

Patient Privacy: Patient privacy is of supreme concern at VIPL. Our technology is safeguarded with private frame relay connections, secure VPN access and sophisticated 128-bit encryption. The Company has a mandatory policy for all its employees to sign confidentiality agreements to protect Public Health Information enforceable in India and/or other relevant country as applicable.

All voice and text files are routed through a central data center in Louisville, Kentucky, to ensure privacy and reliability. Transcribed patient information then becomes available on our database for viewing, editing, electronic signature, and distribution.
